Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees have access to this information. All emails and newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

For Cancellations please contact us via customer care link. Any request for cancellation to be made within 3 hours from the time of order confirmation. Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund within the next 24 hours. Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
If SwiftKleen+ is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc caused due to non-delivery. We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
Delivery of certain items may not be possible/delayed under certain uncontrollable circumstances. In such cases, similar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Confirmation would be taken from the customer for the same through email.
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. You will be able to confirm for order value greater than Rs. 1,000/- only. For Invoice value more than Rs. 1,250 and less than Rs. 5,000, the delivery charges is 8% of the order value. For Invoice value greater than Rs. 5,001, the delivery charges is 7% of the order value.
The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in SwiftKleen+. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.
There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.

SwiftKleen+ will not deliver to international destinations as of now.
You acknowledge and hereby agree to these Terms and Conditions and that it constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the Site, and supersedes and governs all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change/ alter/ modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site thereafter constitutes your agreement to all such changed Terms and Conditions. We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Site.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, affiliation, joint venture or other form of joint enterprise between us. Our failure to require your performance of any provision hereof shall not affect our full right to require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall our waiver of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by any applicable arbitral award or court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole but these Terms and Conditions shall be modified, to the extent possible, by the adjudicating entity to most fully reflect the original intent of the parties as reflected in the original provision. The headings in the Terms and Conditions are for convenience only and shall not be used in its interpretation.
